About Accentra

We are a team of seasoned Software Designers, Developers, Authors, Business Process Consultants, and Trainers. Our legacy dates back to 1979 (see below) when our first ever accounting software was released in the name of Systematics I for the Apple II computers.  In the year 2004, we came together under the umbrella of Accentra Technologies to deliver one of the best enterprise solutions in the market. Armed with our extensive knowledge in Financials and Payroll sectors, we have developed a series of applications for various business sectors, starting from general trading businesses to the more specific UK Contracting industry. In the year 2007, we teamed up with Accountax, a specialist tax advising company to create the best ever solution for Umbrella Payroll Service providers.

First ever version of the product suite released in the UK under the brand Systematics for Apple II as the first GUI accounting system.

Systematics II for DOS Released. Bundled with the popular Amstrad PCs, sold over 60,000 licenses across UK, Europe & Africa

Systematics Esteem the first Windows version was released. Thousands of DOS users migrated to the Windows edition. The product gained the coveted accreditation by ICAEW

Accentra ERP running on MS-SQL launched with several new modules including Manufacturing, MRP & e-commerce. The new product replaced the legacy Systematic product.

Accentra Payroll won the accreditation by HMRC (Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs Department).

Accentra Developers Kit released using VB6 technology

Accentra Multi-lingual Edition released with the launch of the Serbian Edition.
Accentra Indian Edition launched

JOACHIM VICTOR, Managing Director of Accentra has over 10 years experience in designing & developing Payroll & Financials software solutions in the UK market and over 20 years expereince in the IT. Joachim is well versed in the businesses process & compliance requirements of the Umbrella companies and sets the road map for the product enhancements and innovations.

STEVE GIBBS, Customer Support & Training Manager has been providing customer support to the clients and providing training on Payroll & Financial software systems for the past 15 years. Steve is also incharge of product testing and HMRC compliance procedures.

ARUN I DAVID, Development Manager has been instrumental in managing the development of Accentra ERP Suite of applications and the Payroll software over the last 8 years. Intially a member of Accentra offshore development team, Arun migrated to the UK team in the year 2004 and since then has been a key contributor to Accentra

K SRINIVASAN a practicing Chartered Accountant with rich expereince in Software Design & Engineering and a wealth of experience in Management Accounting has been assoicated with Accentra as Technology Director since 1999. He has beein instrumental in shaping up the off-shore developers in to a strong & cohesive team and continues to provide inspiration to the team.

RAMKUMAR Project Manager is a graduate in Computer Software Engineering  who currently manages the Green Pelican Pay & Bill System Development & Support. He is a seasoned software developer with profiiciency in .Net development technologies, MS-SQL, JAVA, Crystal besides legacy tools such as VB6. Ramkumar has been associated with Accentra since 2005 in various capacities.

MAGESH KUMAR a graduate in Computer Science joined us in the year 2008 to assist Ramkumar with Accentra localisation for the Indian market and has been instrumental in Green Pelican software development & support
