| Accentra Features Overview - Nominal Ledger |
|
Accentra's nominal ledger isn't just another book-keep ing program, but is in fact a powerful Management Reporting system. Powered by a flexible 3-tier analysis facility, Accentra's Nominal Ledger allows you to produce all your financial reporting through a combination of primary, secondary and tertiary analysis, each of which may be uniquely assigned.
For example, you can set-up the primary analysis to represent your branches, secondary analysis to represent departments and tertiary analysis to represent individual jobs. Having done this, you can produce all financial and management reports including profit and loss reports, balance sheets and so on, for a specific branch, department, job or any combination of these.
Budgeting
Accentra allows you to set up your budget for several years into the future. You may also assign specific budgets for individual branches, departments or jobs.
Consolidating group companies
Accentra's consolidation facility allows you to combine the Nominal Ledgers of several companies into one, allowing you to effortlessly produce a single group-level financial analysis report.
Auditing reports
The unique set of auditing reports in the Nominal Ledger ensures maximum efficiency when it's time to produce the final year-end report for your company.
VAT100
Accentra is the only accounting package that allows you to reprint the VAT100 reports for any VAT quarter, for any year, whenever you want!
Cash book
The cash book sub-system within the Nominal Ledger features an easy-to-use payment and receipt facility. All receipts and payments can be tagged with a unique folio and cheque number, and then marked as cleared or uncleared at the time of entry. Accentra's reconciliation function then allows you to clear receipts individually by folio or cheque.
Accentra's cash book can perform transfers between bank accounts of different currencies, and bank reconciliation may be performed for foreign currencies as well! |
