HMRC’s Agent Dedicated Line launched again

HMRC’s Agent Dedicated Line has been launched again on 14th June 2021. Agents and professional bodies have been given priority again and the expected call waiting time is expected to be reduced to 10 minutes. The Agent line will be open Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm, with the exception of bank holidays.

Agents are expected to use digital services available rather than the telephone where applicable, to reduce the burden on the lines.
