Hybrid Working

With restrictions being lifted more and more people are going back to the workplace. However, the work-from-home experience has shown employers that the employees are still as productive when in their home environment. This has opened an option for hybrid working – an idea of flexibly splitting days between working from office or home.

The hybrid working model is far from a new concept and can be more than enticing to employees spending significant amounts of time commuting to the workplace.

The Coronavirus pandemic has tested the very limits of organising and maintaining productivity and workflow, however, we’ve overcome all. In the eyes of both employers and employees, this hybrid working model is here to stay, as both sides have seen the benefits and potential in it.
